June 1st 2009 marked a new era, and new way of life for Canadians and Americans who cross the border. Tighter border control was enforced, and it had a number of side effects. Already reports have claimed that there has been a loss of business for owners in Windsor. Caesars Windsor being one of them. Referring back to the Psychic Expo that took place this past weekend in Windsor, after talking to many people there who have been doing the expos for around 20 years, many say they don't bother with the United States anymore. Reasons for this is the 'too strict' border control. Many actually said that it wasn't getting into the US that was the problem, it was gaining entrance back into Canada.
