After walking around the City yesterday, I noticed a lot of residents placing out their recyclable waste outside their homes on sidewalks. However, 4 days later, it's still there. Normal garbage was collected as hoped, but recycling is said not be be picked up fully until September, but will begin slowly in certain areas. One thing that's a problem, nobody knows when their area will be next. Maybe some notification would be nice for locals on when to expect a pick-up.
